Born in Honduras, Jose moved to New York City at the age of 7. His first film was RIDING THE RAILS. Jose rode on freight trains and lived in homeless shelters during the 4 months of filming. When he returned to NYC his then agent secured him an audition for ALIVE directed by Frank Marshall.
